Take your team away from screens and into the heart of the Middle Ages. A unique experience in Portugal combining cohesion, strategy and shared achievement.
Forget conventional corporate workshops. At Lusitania Medieval, we challenge your company to step back in time and test its team spirit as our ancestors did: with honour, cooperation and plenty of adrenaline.
Whether you are celebrating achievements or strengthening team bonds, we create activities where medieval strategy meets the challenges of the modern world.
Our team building challenges centre on a Grand Medieval Tournament. Participants form teams to overcome trials of concentration, focus and precision, with group activities designed around leadership and communication as they compete for the trophy.
Participants can also handle and explore historical medieval equipment in a controlled and safe environment.
A rustic medieval banquet can also be added to the experience.
Digital disconnection, human connection and historical challenge: we foster genuine team spirit in an immersive rustic setting, away from the pressure of the office.
We adapt the intensity and activities to each company's profile.
